So, in a nutshell.
I am a thirty-something wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, nurse, student, God-loving gal.
I am married to the best man for me. This year will mark our 20th anniversary. Yep, I was a teenage bride and am very fortunate to have made it this far and am completely head over heels about that man to this day!
I have three kiddos. One is in college and two are in high school. My oldest girl left college. packed up, and moved to Asheville with friends. She currently is working in a beauty store and will start cosmotology school soon. My middle girl is thinking about studying to be a funeral director (I know, freaky huh!) My baby boy was diagnosed with kidney disease almost a year ago. I have another blog and you can read it here.
I am in grad school and in
I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have had it since I was five years old. It is slowly progressing. I take several medications for it, most of which lower my immunity. This is another reason for wanting to convert my family to a whole foods diet. I want to stay healthy and I think diet is the way.
I love God but I am human and am a terrible Christian. I really want to do better. I really do. I am trying to read the Bible more often and I pray often. I need to get my rear-end in church again. I think I will get my sister to go with me. The good Lord knows she could use going to church as much as me.
Well, I think that is enough about me for now. Nothing major with me, just a gal with some stories and adventures...
